ABOUT ERIC

Prior to joining Midtown, Eric worked as the Director of Operations for the Waterfront Partnership of Baltimore. During his tenure, Eric helped increase the Waterfront's footprint by 245 stakeholders. He was a key player in Rash Field’s development and implementation, a $16.5 million dollar renovation of a pivotal public space along the Inner Harbor. Eric cultivated workforce development programs targeted at cleaning and greening initiatives which produced a graduation rate of 56% into full time work. He was also a critical component in strategic planning processes used to streamline and enhance operational strategies, goals, and objectives for the organization. Previously, he was a Regional Vice-President for Block by Block, the nation's leading provider of clean, green, and safe service personnel for BIDs. In his role, Eric managed nine BIDs across the Mid-Atlantic Region, where he directed responsibilities of his region's operational, administrative, human resource, and financial performance.

Eric strives to produce desired outcomes through creative problem solving and works diligently to make Baltimore, his home for the better part of 20 years, a cleaner, greener, and safer City for all to live, work, and play. Eric resides in the Locust Point neighborhood with his wife, two daughters, and dog.
