Since 1996, the Midtown Community Benefits District has been authorized by law to provide services across a 144-block area in central Baltimore. Our neighborhood advocacy and improvement group includes four distinct communities: Bolton Hill, Charles North, Madison Park, and Mount Vernon.
Doo Your Duty
A community-wide initiative encouraging dog owners to pick up after their pets- helping keep Midtown’s sidewalks, green spaces, and waterways clean and healthy for everyone.
