The Midtown Board of Directors, composed of a variety of Midtown stakeholders, guides the operating principles and fiscal management of the organization. 

 

MEETINGS

The Board of Directors meet at 6:00PM on the first Wednesday of January, March, June, September and November. Meetings can be accessed via Microsoft Teams. If you plan to attend, please send an email to admin@midtowncommunity.org for a copy of the meeting link and passcode. While meetings are open to the public, certain meetings, or portions of meetings, may be closed in keeping with provisions of the Open Meetings Act.
