2017 Board Meeting Schedule

Below is the schedule for this year’s Board of Directors meetings. All meetings (except Town Hall Meetings) will be held at the MICA Gateway Building located at 1601 W. Mount Royal Avenue. Meetings will begin promptly at 6:30 pm.

  • Wednesday, January 4 – Election of Officers, appointment of committees
  • Wednesday, March 1 – Preliminary budget approval for FY2017
  • Wednesday, March 22 – Town Hall Meeting: Public Hearing on FY2018 proposed budget – Location: Berea Temple Seventh-day Adventist Church, 1901 Madison Ave
  • Wednesday, April 5 – Final approval of FY2018 budget
  • Wednesday, June 7
  • Wednesday, September 6
  • Wednesday, October 4 – Town Hall Meeting: Election of At-large Members – Location: Motor House, 120 W North Ave
  • Wednesday, November 1 –Audit Report

2017 Committee Meeting Schedule

All committee meetings occur at the Midtown office. All participants should use the entrance located at 1110 N. Charles Street (not 1120 N. Charles Street).

  • Midtown Clean & Green Committees will meet the 2nd Wednesday every other month at 5:30 pm starting in January
  • Midtown Public Safety Committee meets the 2nd Wednesday every other month at 6:30 pm starting in February
